Tidak lupa juga saya dan keluarga ingin memohon maaf dan ampun jika ada tersilap kata, terkasar bahasa dan apa jua perbuatan dan kelakuan kami yang tidak menyenangkan. Semoga ikatan persahabatan akan berkekalan selamanya. Wassalam

Squadra visiting a grave of a late friend

Thursday, 25 September 2008. Squadra went to Ranggas graveyard to pray and show respects for a late friend (one of the Squadrians), Allahyarham Md Khairul Nizam (C-Boy). It began with the recital of Al-Fatihah which was led by Squadra 14 while Doa after Yasin and Tahlil was read by Squadra 10. It has been 10 years that Allahyarham has left us behind. As a Muslim, we are encouraged to visit the graveyard to remind us the Hereafter. May Allah bless him and grant him peace. Amin. Al-Fatihah

Sahur Perpisahan

21 September 2008, Sahur perpisahan telah diadakan di Sugar and Spice bagi Squadra 25 yang akan melanjutkan pelajaran di Brighton University, United Kingdom. Seramai 11 orang telah hadir bagi meraikan malam berkenaan. Menu utama ialah Nasi Mandi Kambing iaitu menu asasi bagi Squadra selama 4 tahun berturut-turut terutama sekali menjelangnya bulan Ramadhan. Menu ini juga adalah sebagai "pemanas badan" sebelum bermulanya aksi Squadra di atas padang selepas berakhirnya Ramadhan. Shisha juga telah dihidangkan walaupun Tobacco Order telah berkuatkuasa pada 1 Jun 2008 bagi larangan merokok termasuk shisha di kawasan bangunan kerajaan, tempat awam dan juga restoran. Pada waktu yang sama, lagu hari jadi turut didendangkan yang dipimpin oleh Squadra 8 yang mana Squadra 25 telah menyambut hari lahir yang ke 30 pada 19 September 2008. Dengan ini, Squadra mengucapkan selamat ulangtahun ke 30 dan semoga berjaya dalam pelajaran kepada Squadra 25.

SQUADRA PLAY STREET SOCCER

The fifth street soccer during Ramadhan kicked off last night at the parking spaces of Belapan. The attendance was fairly good where eleven Squadra stars turned up. The players were split into two, Squadra 14 side and Squadra 8 side. The introduction of Squadra 6 in the 20th minute showed a big change to Squadra 8 side with his great passes and skills. Squadra 8 side firmly in control and took the lead in the first 45 minutes 5-2. But not in the last 35 minutes when the late comer, Squadra 9 came to rescue Squadra 14 side and had put more pressure on Squadra 8 side. This had forced more goals scored by Squadra 14 side and managed to stop the attacks from Squadra 8 side, thanks to a good defending performed by Squadra 14. The game ended with Squadra 14 side hammered Squadra 8 side 9-6.

Available for Ladies and Babies.

Mens have a choice of sleeve (right) if you are a Squadra captain you may use the ‘C sleeve’ or if you are an off station Squadran or a Squadran that have played overseas. Then you may have Brunei Flag and your choice of flag on the right Sleeve, i.e Fadzil (Brunei/ Singapore) Hj Azli (C Sleeve or Brunei/ Laos) or you can just go for the plain sleeve.

Ladies have a choice of short sleeve or ¾ sleeve, so please specify.

As for baby Squadra, they have a choice of name at the back with either Daddy, Ayah, Babah, Bapa or Uncle. Please provide sample to get accurate sizing

Squadra Bersungkai

The get-together bersungkai was held yesterday at Fratini's Sg Tilong. The restaurant is having their promotion in conjunction with Ramadhan. All pastas and pizzas are 50% off. Overall the food were great, though one slice of pizza was left untouched *typical Bruneian*. "This is the best meat lasagne I have ever had", said Squadra 6. Eleven Squadrians (+ wives) turned up for berbuka. Squadra also welcome the return of Squadra 10 who has been "lost" for quite sometimes after missing 3 street soccer games due to family commitment. The bill amounted $177.14.

Squadra 6 has a new Princess.

Alhamdulillah. A little princess of Squadra was born on 8 Sept 2008 weighing 2.64kg. She has been named as Nayli Amanee Damia. It is believed that, this little princess would be a captain who would lead Squadra Blushers Netball team. This little princess adds up new Squadrian babies which have been born this year. Previously two princes have been born in March and June 2008. These princes came from the "excellent goals" which were netted by Squadra 3 and Squadra 10 beautifully (keep scoring!!). Up until now, Squadra has 4 princes and 5 princesses. To form a soccer team, Squadra needs more 7 princes and 2 princesses for a Netball team. It is understood more babies will born sometimes next year. So Squadra, keep your body healthy and fit. Pics attached.
